Any cancellations from clients will result in the forfeit of the initial deposit. Playlist agreed by both parties may not be changed. Final payment must be completed on the day of the event, otherwise our team have the right to refuse performance if the client did not make the final payment. The playlists for Grand Premium and Premium package must be complete within 3 months prior to the event, if it is not complete by then, our team will pick any song from our existing playlist to complete it, and the playlist will be final and cannot be changed.
